The mandate of the Communities in Bloom Advisory Committee is to act as an advisory committee to the Council of the Town of Yarmouth respecting:
- Preparation or amendment of documents for submission to Communities in Bloom;
- Public relations respecting the Communities in Bloom Program;
- Projects within an evaluation criteria.
